Anger is your foe and yours to quell,
And will lead you to the burning fires of Hell.
Empathy is a better choice to make,
For then you will not make a fools mistake.
Anger will divide the best of friends,
For a hostile challenge is all it ever sends.
Bare no grudge for hatred is its greed,
That leads to death from a vengeful seed.
Clear thinking is not present as we rage,
As would a captured Tiger in a cage,
And muddied thoughts do alter what we see,
The forest oft not visible due to the tree.
Thus keep your cool and ever humble be,
And choosing love will kill the hate in thee.
