IT IS JUST CLOUDY TODAY

Showers come suddenly,
out of thin cloud,
then stop.
Spontaneous, surely?
Storms are less sudden;
blacker,
and last a little longer.
But mostly the sun shines,
if you allow it.

Who can we blame for the rain?
If we enjoy it, no one!
... And if we do,
what of the sun?

It is just cloudy today.
