They come and go those who meant not to stay.
They find not what they want then go their way.
For in a place where most do choose to give
Those who must take choose not so long to live.
They come to raise their banners; draw the eye,
Their own beliefs and principles apply,
But when their fires are lit all is consumed
But what was there before remains marooned;
The better values of those sharing love,
Who survive the pressure of the pick and shove.
They will their own ways forcefully employ,
Who seek the others peace time to destroy.
Goodwill their tool to fool whom they despise
That falls away under the scrutiny of the wise.
