A LITERALLY LOGICAL LYRIC

Oh if I could a poet be,
I would not have this need you see,
To bracket all a poet writes,
By expressing that his woes; delights!
Are understood and known to me,
(for I have read the texts you see)
And as I am one trained in words,
To test their merit and absurds,
A critic I am bound to be,
Or yet a Teacher you'll agree.
Though I haven't read the works of all,
And fewer met; what ere befall,
I'm blessed in knowing what they write,
For with my knowledge I must be right!
