CHRISTMAS?

I note that it is Christmas
But I see no real change;
Just very happy children,
False Santas looking strange.
The soldiers are still fighting.
War zone children starve,
And Mothers are still biting
Their finger nails in half.
Bodies still lay stenching
In desert and in street.
Thirsts still need quenching
And mistakes we still repeat.
Fists that are still clenching
Are still angered by deceit.
