WISE HUMILITY
|
An achieving man must never lower himself to praise his deed,
For if he does, then only narcissistic vainglory words will show
But If another lauds and speaks, and as a witness doth precede
Then renown, as wildfire, will spread and all will come to know!
"Self praise is a pride and ignorance that seeks to condescend"
Say those who have the talent to utilise, but no ability to contrive.
And the foolish clever self-praising man will never comprehend
That no good shall, regardless of achievements, be recognised.
